We have talked about it and many of you have requested that we start a blog. If you know us, you know that we love to travel and seek out interesting places. We both say that we have gypsy in our blood because we get antsy when we don’t have time to get out and go explore—even if it is close to home. If we can’t get away from our jobs, we have to be wandering around even if just checking out the local antique shops or exploring paths in the local forrest or parks. You know one or both of us will have our camera in hand and don’t be surprised if we cross paths, that we ask you to step in front of our camera. We have been blessed to be able to travel the places that we have. We appreciate life and meeting new people. We have traveled in our 1970 Impala Convertible from Charleston to Chicago in the middle of August to go check out a car show. We have driven from the East Coast to the West Coast stopping at all kinds of attractions along the way. We will write about those adventures later, but now we are starting a new one. Every year for our birthday, we try and get away. We took our 2nd overnight cruise to Cuba for Paul’s in July. Today we are on my birthday adventure and just wandering around. We will start in Reidville, SC, visiting our best friends and celebrating our god son’s 16th birthday. From there, there are several things that are on the agenda—-from apple picking to waterfalls....We will post more later.
